摘要：由于重金属中毒临床表现缺乏特异性及重金属毒物检测手段的滞后，容易导致误诊、漏诊及延迟诊断。普及重金属中毒的防治知识，强化医生对重金属中毒的警觉意识，将有助于早期诊断、及时合理治疗，降低重金属对人体的伤害。文章对汞、铅、铊3种重金属中毒的临床表现及治疗进行了简要阐述，对临床医生诊治具有重要意义。关键词：重金属中毒；汞中毒；铅中毒；铊中毒
Abstract：Astheclinicalmanifestationsarenon-specificandthemeansofdetectionusuallylagsbehind，itisinclinedtocauseerroneousdiagnosis，misseddiagnosisanddelayeddiagnosisofheavymetalpoisoning.Popularizingthepreventionandtreatmentofheavymetalpoisoningaswellasintensifyingthealertnessofclinicianswillhelptheearlydiagnosisandtimelytreatment，soastoalleviatetheharmofheavymetal.Thispaperelucidatestheclinicalmanifestationsandtreatmentofthreekindsofheavymetalpoisoning(mercury，leadandthallium)，whichwillbehelpfulintheclinicaldiagnosisandtreatment.
